I capture the diverse architectural details of historic buildings in Riga through this scarf collection, drawing inspiration from the tile patterns found in the staircases of the city. I transform these designs into scarves with the main goal of reviving the diversity of patterns found in Riga's vestibules and stairwells, dressing them in vibrant colors.
I find joy in the search for unique tiles, often exploring locked stairwells to discover interesting designs. Unfortunately, historical tiles are sometimes replaced, deeming them lost forever.
Produced in limited quantities on demand, the scarves use eco-friendly inks for printing on 100% recycled polyester fabric. I am committed to making the production process increasingly sustainable.
The approximate preparation time for each order is 3-4 days.
